JENNIFER T. SANTIAGO, a 38-year-old married to a 42-year-old farmer from Bangued, Abra. She is the eldest child among her 2 siblings. Her mother is a plain housekeeper but her father already passed away. She accomplished her secondary education in Holy Spirit Academy of Bangued year 1990 and afterwards took a Physical Therapist and Computer course in Lorma College year 1992, but because of financial shortage she didn’t manage to complete her degree. But she immediately looked for a job and fortunate to be employed as a Marketing Researcher for 7 years, a hotel receptionist for 2 years, and then she had her maid employment experience and was selected to work in Singapore and currently she is serving a Chinese family living in a 3-storey residential house with 2 children.

1) An applicant who claims to be hardworking and trustworthy especially at work. As an experienced housemaid, she is proficient in doing basic household chores like cleaning, washing clothes, dish washing, and ironing. She can also do basic gardening, car washing and can be trusted in doing marketing. She is also capable of doing infant care and its duties like bathing, sterilizing utensils, changing of diaper, preparing food and feeding, and knows how to check temperature. She can also look after young children and attend to their needs. She was enhanced on these duties as she has years of experience on it. She had an experience in looking after a 60-year-old elderly who is suffering from kidney cancer and performing elderly care duties such as preparing food, feeding, bathing, changing of clothes and diaper, giving daily medication and accompanying in the hospital during check-ups. She has skills in cooking, basically on Filipino, Chinese, and Western dishes.

2) Singapore (2007 – 2008 / 2008 – 2010 / 2010 – present) initially served a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom HDB flat with a 4-year-old child. She worked as a full-time housemaid for the family and liable in doing daily chores and child minding as well. Then she was transferred to another Chinese family living in a 2-storey residential house with a 14-year-old child. She is responsible in keeping the house clean, laundering, ironing, dish washing, marketing, cooking Chinese dishes and others as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also assisting the 14-year-old child with its school needs and oftentimes bringing and fetching from school. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years. Currently she is working for a Chinese-British family living in a 3-storey residential house with 2 children ages 4 and 8-month-old. Same as her two previous employers, she is accountable in doing general household works and attending the needs of the children. She also does assisting and tutoring the 4-year-old child with her homework and helping her madam employer in taking care of the infant.

3) Application for country outside Singapore : Canada , UK , Norway , Spain , Denmark , Australia …. and others. She is available anytime. This applicant can work not only as nanny or maids, but they can also work in a factory or other forms of employment as long as they get bigger compensation than they are currently receiving ranging from Singapore  S$650.00 per month. Most of them are College Graduate / Level with specialize training and with good command of English. Interested employers / Employment Agency to process the working visa on the destination country.   1. Copy of NRIC or Passport                                                        
  2. Copy of Spouse NRIC or Passport (Divorcee copy of divorced paper)
  3. Copy of NRIC or Passport  of adult living in the employers residence
  4. Copy of the birth certificate of the children living with the employer
  5. Latest IRAS in come assessment (Must be S$30,000 and above) or sign declaration for MOM to check IRAS or Company letter declaring the monthly income , starting date , complete name , passport number /FIN no: and signed by a person I the company indicating the position and  using the company letter head.
  6. Copy of certificate of employers orientation  for 1st time employers go to   (Website: http://www.sp.edu.sg) (Need credit card)
  7. Employer to fill up information sheet (details of residence and work       information of  employer and spouse) and signed the service agreement  with the agency.
  8. FOR SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION – Sponsorship Application can only be made if the employer has no enough required income and other adult family member in the same residence has no enough income. A sponsor must be blood related or by marriage to sponsor an FDW employer. (Design only for Elderly      employer not living with children)

  1. Employer – Employer orientation  or exemption from MOM and other details as required by normal employer
  2. Sponsor  & Sponsor Spouse - NRIC copy or details  (Income tax assessment for Sponsor or declaration) Sponsor to sign in the sponsorship application in the manual application form
  3. A proof of blood or by marriage relationship between the Sponsor and the employer is required for the application.
  4. All signatures  and information required on the application  and forms must be signed by the employer except for the Sponsor page
  5. Sponsorship is submitted manually and takes 5 -7 working days for the approval.

RENEWAL OF WORK PERMIT:

        Changes in residential address – Employer to fill up form signed and copy of NRIC new address or copy of tenancy agreement for non PR and Citizen
        Cancellation of work permit – Employer to signed cancellation form (Form wit Agency) and hand over original work permit card and copy of Air ticket. Exit pass to fax/email to employer or hand over to employer.    

FOR HONG KONG/CANADA AND OTHER DESTINATION PROCESSING:

   Prospective employer/employment Agency to process the working visa in destination country and Dans Services to process in Singapore estimated processing time is 1 - 3 months depends of the applicant availability. Service fee of S$400.00 per applicant with unlimited replacement options.

   Recommended monthly salary of $400/month and above. Applicants are all currently working as Maid in Singapore with Minimum of 2 years college education with excellent command of written and Oral English.

OTHER CATEGORY - We recruit / process the Working Visa application from the country of Origin ( Singapore or Philippines ) for the country of destination with unlimited replacement guarantee. Prospective Employers / Employment Agency will take care of the Working Visa completion in the country of destination. Salary and benifits will follow standard rate set by the country of destinations.
