MAE ANN DELA CRUZ NALUPA, a 38 year old single from Anduyan Lubao, La Union. She is the youngest child among her 2 brothers. Her 62 year old father works as a farmer while her 56 year old mother is a plain housewife. She finished her secondary education at Anduyan National High School year 2004.   Then she had her maid employment experience in Singapore from Oct 2010 to  Jan 2012 served an Indian family.  She has also  worked in Malaysia from 2013 - 2015 served an Chinese Family.  Currently, she is helping her mother and doing household chores while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.

1) With a 3 years experienced as a  housemaid, she is proficient in doing general housework such as cleaning, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, washing the dishes and marketing. She has knowledge in cooking Filipino and simple Chinese dishes and determined to learn more especially in preparing other foreign kinds of dishes. She is familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their daily needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and she is capable in performing its basic duties such as preparing their meal and snacks, feeding and bathing them, organizing their school things and uniform, helping them with their homework, playing with them and sending and fetching them to and from school. As she was able to loook after her nieces and nephews. She is also willing to look after an elderly person and their daily needs such as  feeding, bathing, changing her clothes, and giving her daily medication and other direct nursing care needed. Aside from these duties, she is also willing to do gardening, car washing and able to give care for pets when necessary.

2) Singapore  ( Oct 2010 - Jan 2012 ) served an Indian family living in a 3 bedroom condominium with 2 children ages 10 and 7. She worked was an all around housemaid responsible for doing household chores such as cleaning, cooking, bringing the children to school, and performing other general household chores that are needed to be done daily. She also attends to the needs of the children.She served the family for 1 year and 3 months.

3) Malaysia ( 2013 - 2015 ) she served a Chinese family living in a 4 bedroom bungalow house with 2 elderly couple ages 62 and 65 years old both are still mobile.  She was an all-around housemaid and responsible in doing the household chores such as keeping the house clean, washing of clothes, ironing, cooking, dish washing and other domestic errands as instructed by her employer and other family members. She is also responsible in looking after the daily needs of the elders. Served the couple for 2 years and finished her contract.

4) Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer’s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed by phone upon request. She can be deployed faster than the rest as they don’t require training, only the POEA Training and processing for Filipino Household Service worker for Overseas.Recommended salary is S$570.00 and above

  4. Copy of the birth certificate of the children living with the employer
  5. Latest IRAS in come assessment (Must be S$30,000 and above) or sign declaration for MOM to check IRAS or Company letter declaring the monthly income , starting date , complete name , passport number /FIN no: and signed by a person I the company indicating the position and  using the company letter head.
  6. Copy of certificate of employers orientation  for 1st time employers go to   (Website: http://www.sp.edu.sg) (Need credit card)
  7. Employer to fill up information sheet (details of residence and work       information of  employer and spouse) and signed the service agreement  with the agency.
  8. FOR SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION – Sponsorship Application can only be made if the employer has no enough required income and other adult family member in the same residence has no enough income. RENEWAL OF WORK PERMIT:

Recommended monthly salary of $580/month and above. Applicants are all currently working as Maid in Singapore with Minimum of 2 years college education with excellent command of written and Oral English.
