Dans Services started in Jul 2004 in Our  Orchard Road Lucky Plaza Main Office followed by our Jurong office / East Coast Office . We are trying to open as many offices to cover the whole Singapore so all FDW and Employer can easily access our service near their home and offices.

Before the openning of our offices the founder was a Civil Engineer in the Constrution Industry for 12 years  while the wife was a consultant in a Local Employment Agency for 7 years. When we had our 2nd child bills are mounting lifes condition has been stagnat for the last 12 years and dont see any improvement in our lives. This is when we decided to do our own business in FILIPINO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in order to help our Filipino Kababayan ( Mostly maids ) received the services in a FILIPINO STANDARD at the same time show Singapore employers that Filipino's can perform better compared to other nationalities for their domestic work duties.

With consent and understanding by my wifes preveous employer we have open our BUSINESS with support coming from the family and friends such as Cagandahan Family / Mañares Family /Ting Buebos / Fred Lizardo who supported as financially to open the business by lending us the required funds to operate. Additional assistance came from Choo Boon Siong currently Director of AVA INSURANCE and BROKERS PTE LTD. helping us with the required bankers guarantee with the Ministry of Manpower required to open up the employment Agency.

We started building our friends and coordinators recruiting from all over the Philippines to work as maid in Singapore. Being a Filipino ourselves we were entrusted by their Parents / Relatives /  Friends / And Other Philippine Agency to market our KABABAYAN to Singapore family to work as maid. With Open table policy giving them all the information from expenses to allowances to Placement fee / Work Condition  and Limitations and all information and training they needed to be a successful maid in Singapore. With all the information and training they received all our applicants are mentally and Physically ready for the challenge they will encounter working in a foreign country.

On our 8th year ( 2010 ) in this business we are now expanding our services to all KINDS of FILIPINO workers from Filipino Domestic workers  / Care givers / Health care workers / Skilled  Workers / and Professionals on all Category to work not only in Singapore but all over the world to all Companie's that require Services of Filipino OFW ( Overseas Filipino Workers ) who are now considered " NEW HERO OF THE PHILIPPINE ECONOMY " constantly remitting Billions of Pesos to their families in Philippines.

With all the supports coming from our Family /  Friends / KABABAYAN we hope that we can continue servicing our Filipino Kababayans / Singaporeans / Expariates in Singapore and other Individuals and Company's seeking our services by providing them with excellent and affordable FILIPINO WORKERS with their family's and buisiness needs.
